Stage - Junior lean consultant

We are looking for an intern as a Junior Lean Consultant with a strong interest in business process improvement and organisational consulting.
You will work alongside experienced professionals on concrete projects in the areas of operations, logistics, production and strategy, supporting companies in their transformation journey.
Main requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Management or related fields
- Interest in Lean methodologies, Kaizen, process analysis and business organisation
- Observation skills, critical thinking and solution orientation
- Excellent communication skills and predisposition to work in a team
- Curiosity, resourcefulness and willingness to learn in the field
- Basic knowledge of Excel and digital analysis/process mapping tools
- Plus: thesis or academic projects in the field of operations, lean or continuous improvement

Lean Consultant
The Lean Consultant (M/F) supports the consulting team in managing lean transformation projects for Henka’s customers.
Main requirements:
- Analysing processes using the specific techniques of the Henka method, identifying areas for improvement
- Conducting process analysis, mapping productive and non-productive flows, distinguishing between operations that generate value and those that do not
- Planning corrective actions to standardise processes, ensuring a definitive resolution of problems
- Identifying, evaluating and monitoring key performance and process KPIs
- Creating standards and standardised operating procedures to ensure the proper functioning of the new processes
- Monitoring the performance of processed processes and verifying compliance with established standards
